I am a certified Tiny Habits Coach. Creating habits is simple, but following through with them is not. It’s easy to get down on yourself. Especially when you have a setback. But forming habits doesn’t have to feel hard. It’s doesn’t have to be all or nothing. And pressured. Forming habits can feel light. And slow. And easy. You just need to know the right method.

You are not the problem - it’s the process. It’s not a human flaw, it’s a design flaw.

I would love to help you with your habits. I am a different kind of coach. I am gentle, warm, and patient. I believe in small steps for change. I will teach you the method, help you come up with a plan that works for you, and check in with you all along the way. Coaching can be over Zoom, through email, on the phone, WhatsApp or in person. Life Coaching

The topics of purpose, passions and possibility have intrigued me for quite some time.

For many years I didn’t know what I was interested in. I didn’t know what my passions were. And purpose? Not a clue.

In 2021 I quit my job and embarked on a ‘purpose’ journey, following my interests and curiosity and learning all I could about the topic. What I discovered was invaluable. And surprising. You can read more about it here.
